Leslie Furness is a graduate of The Niagara College Technical Theatre Program. Following a Scenic Art Internship at The Banff Centre for the Arts in Alberta, she completed many drawing and painting courses through OCAD and Central Tech in Toronto.

Leslie has 19 years of professional experience as a scenic artist, painting scenery and backdrops for many theaters across Ontario including The Stratford Festival, The Shaw Festival, Tarragon Theatre, Canadian Stage Company, Young Peoples Theatre, The Mirvishes, as well as working in the film and television sectors.

Leslie paints and shows her own individual artwork as well as painting for restaurants and clients homes in Niagara and the GTA
